Unzip the outer cover, open the inner liner and pour in the beans (a second pair of hands and a rolled sheet of card as a funnel makes it quick). Zip the liner, then the cover – the zips lock so little fingers can't open them. Start with the amount listed on this page and add a little more if you'd like it firmer.
