Returns & Refunds

At Little Teekies, happy little ones and happy parents are what we're all about. Every product we send out is chosen and packed with real care, and we're proud of the smiles they bring to homes right across Australia and beyond. Your satisfaction genuinely matters to us — so on the rare occasion that something isn't quite right, we're here to help, and we'll always do our very best to make it right quickly and fairly.

Change of mind

We're unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind. We'd warmly encourage you to double-check your order — sizes, colours, and quantities — before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product beforehand, please reach out and our team will happily help you choose the right fit.

Sale items

Sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. We recommend choosing carefully when shopping our sale range.

Sizing & colour selection

Because sizing and colour are selected by you at checkout, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges where the wrong size or colour has been chosen. If you're ever unsure which option is best, get in touch before you order — we'd love to point you in the right direction.

If something isn't right

This is where we really go to bat for you. If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or we've sent you the wrong product, we'll make it right — whether that's a repair, replacement, or refund.

To help us sort it out as fast as possible, please contact us within [7] days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • A photo or two showing the fault, damage, or incorrect item

Once we've received your message, we'll be in touch promptly to arrange the next steps.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you're entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have a product repaired or replaced if it fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy limits or removes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
