Shipping policy
All orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse within two business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Please note we are dispatching on time, but the logistics industry is continuing to face challenges (due to Covid-19), and as such, your delivery can experience delays.
Orders to Australian addresses
- Free Shipping (5 - 7 days)
- We do not deliver to PO boxes
International Orders
- Flat rate of $50 AUD for US, Canada, EU and UK addresses. Please be mindful of your local import duties as this is the responsibility of the customer.

- Within Australia: 5 - 7 business days

International taxes and duties
Our shipping charge is for transport costs only, and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these extra levies is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.
Failure to collect your parcel due to not wanting to pay these fees or the parcel being returned to us due to incorrect address information or non-collection from Depot will result in a return of your original order amount less $75 USD to cover the costs for processing + inbound and outbound freight costs.
We do not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. We do not accept any orders back due to the rejection of customs charges. Orders cannot be returned to sender.
