Questions
Good to know
Still unsure? Our team replies to every message.
How are they powered?+
Our kids string lights are USB powered. Plug them into a USB wall adaptor or power bank. Length and cable details are in the product details.
Are they safe for a kids room?+
They are made for decoration, not play. Keep cables out of reach of young children and always supervise.
Will they fit my tent?+
Yes. They are made to drape over our play tents and canopies, and work just as well on shelves and windows.
How long does delivery take?+
Most orders are dispatched within 2 to 5 business days and you will get tracking by email as soon as it ships. Shipping is free across Australia on orders over $150. Shipping policy
Can I return it if it is not right?+
Yes. Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Contact our team first and we will sort it out. Returns policy
Can I pay with Afterpay?+
Yes. Choose Afterpay at checkout to pay in 4 interest-free instalments.
